Laundry has always been one-size-fits-all. Comfort X You set out to change that.
Designed as a personalised fabric conditioner, Comfort X You treated scent as self-expression—because clothes shouldn’t just look personal, they should smell personal too.
The experience began with a fragrance-matching survey that helped users uncover their ideal scent through an intuitively designed UX/UI journey. From there, customers could visualise and customise one of 65 unique packaging designs before finalising their product. The launch spanned Facebook and Instagram, supported by a dedicated microsite that brought the full experience together.
Every touchpoint was designed to remove friction—from discovery to creation—turning a functional household product into a co-created, personal statement.
